00:00 NBA season is here!
00:02 - Officially, well, yeah, officially.
00:04 - Yeah, officially official.
00:05 When they start practicing, then NBA season is here.
00:07 - That's right, camps are open.
00:08 - Yep, so which NBA team do you feel like,
00:11 quote unquote, won this summer?
00:13 - So, the Cleveland Cavaliers won the summer league.
00:17 That didn't really count, right?
00:19 San Antonio won the summer
00:22 by getting Victor Wimignana the number one overall draft pick.
00:25 That's a slam dunk.
00:26 It's gonna be an amazing player before he's done.
00:29 So they won.
00:30 But I look at another team in Texas,
00:32 and the Houston Rockets.
00:33 They have all this young talent.
00:35 Of course, they were discombobulated mess at times,
00:38 but you said, "That's a good piece,
00:39 "and that's a good piece."
00:40 And there's Daly Greeney.
00:42 And they look amazing.
00:44 They just look like somebody to glue them together.
00:47 - Yeah, you're kinda wondering,
00:48 when is it all gonna come together?
00:50 - And I think they got their answer in Fred Van Vliet.
00:52 I mean, he's a guy that can organize an offense,
00:54 not need to take 30 shots a game.
00:56 I think he's perfect.
00:57 And then your guy, Dylan Brooks, who, God bless him,
01:02 we saw what he could do in the FIBA World Cup.
01:05 He lit up the United States on offense.
01:07 We know what he does on defense.
01:08 He's a great defensive player.
01:09 - Comes with a little drama.
01:10 - He's an agitator.
01:12 But those are two things Houston was missing
01:15 with all this young, raw talent.
01:16 I think there was two great moves by the Rockets.
01:18 They're trending up.
01:19 - Ooh, I like those picks.
01:20 (upbeat music)
