00:00 Avatar Aang is back and ready for his return to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, with a fresh
00:06 new moveset and design totally fit for an airbending master.
00:10 With some returning movement options like his air scooter and glider, as well as the
00:14 addition of another jump, Aang has excellent movement capabilities and fantastic combo
00:17 potential.
00:19 As the avatar and master of all four elements, Aang naturally has other abilities at his
00:23 disposal besides just airbending.
00:26 His side special pushes enemies back and lights them on fire, which does damage over time,
00:30 and his neutral special, Ice Shards, is a chargeable attack where, if in the air, he'll
00:34 throw the shards diagonally, and if on the ground, they'll be tossed straight ahead.
00:38 His grounded and aerial downcharge attacks are both devastating earthbending techniques.
00:42 In addition to the powerful pillars of stone that erupt from the ground after landing with
00:45 the aerial version, Aang can also spike opponents should you find the precise timing and spacing
00:49 necessary with his staff.
00:53 Now let's take a quick look at Aang's light normal attacks.
00:56 Here's his light up air, down air, back air, forward air, and of course neutral air.
01:03 And now his grounded light down, forward, and up attacks.
01:07 As you might have noticed, these are all entirely new moves from Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl
01:11 1, and by extension that means there's a lot of new possibilities to explore.
01:15 Altogether, Aang has a very versatile moveset and can go way offstage to apply pressure
01:19 and still make it back safely.
01:21 His neutral game revolves around slipping and sliding with deceptive, elegant movements
01:24 and generally defensive play.
01:26 As you'd expect, his presence in the air is very powerful, both in his ability to weave
01:30 around a fight and to combo opponents.
01:33 While he does have an excellent recovery especially now that you can air dodge out of his up special,
01:37 he's also one of the lightest characters in the game, which makes him much easier to knock
01:40 out.
01:41 If you love having lots of unique movement and combo options, maybe Aang is the avatar
01:44 for you.
01:45 Thanks for watching, and stay tuned for more character spotlights.
