The amusing footage kicks off with Ella arriving at her birthday dinner and being instantly taken aback after seeing her family and friends waiting for her. She had no idea they would be there!

"I thought I was going for a meal with my girlfriend, and when we were taken to our table, my mum and all my friends were there to surprise me," Ella revealed to WooGlobe. "I was completely shocked. I had no idea. I had a lovely evening."
