00:24 Joe filed in Miami-Dade County, Florida and stated in the filing which was obtained by E! News,
00:29 quote, "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken." The petition also read
00:34 that the couple's two children have been residing with Jonas in Miami and other locations throughout
00:39 the country, but that, quote, "It is in the best interests of the minor children that the parties
00:44 have shared parental responsibility." It also indicates that the couple had a prenuptial
00:49 agreement. Things seemed fine for the couple back in August of 2023, with the Game of Thrones alum
00:54 posting a pic of her and Joe wearing matching striped pajamas to celebrate his birthday. Sophie
00:59 snapped the selfie on her phone during their slumber party and she wrote in the caption,
01:03 "Happy birthday, handsome." The sweet tribute came just days after Sophie was spotted in the crowd
01:08 at New York City's Yankee Stadium to support Joe and the rest of the Jonas brothers at their five
01:13 albums' one-night world tour. Sophie and Joe tied the knot in 2019 during an impromptu wedding after
01:19 the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas. The following month, they tied the knot again in
01:23 a second ceremony in France. Joe and Sophie welcomed their first child, Willa, in 2020.
01:29 Another followed in 2022, but the little girl's name has yet to be revealed. Joe's divorce filing
01:35 did, however, give us a clue as to what they have decided to call her. The court docs make note of
01:40 the two kids with Willa Jonas referenced by her initials WJ. The same goes for their second little
01:45 girl, who is listed as DJ, revealing Sophie and Joe's one-year-old has a name beginning with D.
