00:06 Despite a rep for the actor telling ET,
00:08 they're still together.

00:12 In documents obtained by ET,
00:13 the actor's 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfala,
00:16 filed for full physical custody
00:18 of their three-month-old child
00:20 and requested that the actor has reasonable visitation.
00:23 Noor's also requesting they share
00:25 a joint legal custody grant of their son,
00:28 which would give Al a say on Roman's education,
00:31 religion, and medical treatment.
00:32 Oh, I'm a little older, so there's good stuff about that,
00:36 and there's not such good stuff.
00:37 I mean, one thing is great is the patience,
00:40 and I think the kids respond to that, which is good.
00:43 I just love being with 'em, and I love 'em, so.
00:45 Al became a dad again at 83,
00:47 after Noor gave birth to Roman in Los Angeles on June 6th.
00:51 Roman is his fourth child.
00:53 I think I may be the cool dad, you know?
00:55 I wish I was a little more strict, though.
00:57 If Noor's request for primary custody is approved,

01:01 However, she also requested reasonable right
01:03 of parenting time to the party without physical custody,
01:06 meaning Al will also get to spend time with his baby boy.

01:12 Well, I learn that I'm one of them, you know?

01:18 with the things they come out with,
01:20 and you just say, "I wish somebody was here.
01:21 "I wish an adult when I drive 'em to school or something,"
01:24 and I hear the dialogue in the back.
01:26 I say, "If only so-and-so was here
01:28 "to witness this with me," you know?
01:30 It's really something.
01:32 But despite the custody filing,
01:33 the Scarface Stars publicist told ET
01:36 that he and Noor have not split up.
01:38 Quote, "Al and Noor have successfully worked together
01:40 "and have mutually reached agreements
01:41 "regarding their child, Roman.
