STAR TREK A PIECE OF THE ACTION
In season 2 of Star Trek tos, Gene Roddenberry uses the same theme 4 times in 4 different episodes. Parallel Planetary Historical Development.
In episodes #14, "Bread & Circuses, #20, "APiece of the Action #23, Patterns of Force and #25, The Omega Glory the scenario of parallel development is used.

As Kirk and Spock "logically" deduced in "Patterns of Force; Kirk: "...the chances of another planet developing a culture...of 20th century earth are so fantastically slim." Spock: "Vertually impossible Captain."

So, why isn't it, "Vertually impossible" on the other 4 Planets Spock?

QUESTION: Which is the only one of these episodes that had a "Parallel Planetary Development" without the influence of a foreign element contaminating it's natural course of development, (vis-a-vie The Federation)?
