00:00 The MTRCB called a 12-day airing suspension of the noontime show "It's Showtime."
00:05 This was followed by complaints from the agency about the July 25 episode
00:10 where the hosts of the segment "Isip Bata" became indecent or rude.
00:16 According to the MTRCB, the agency followed their process.
00:20 The case was referred to the hearing and adjudication committee of the agency.
00:26 They asked for a position paper from the respondents.
00:29 The showtime was 15 days to have a motion for reconsideration.
00:34 If the agency does not approve the MTRCB,
00:36 the noontime show can still be aired on "The Office of the President."
00:40 In addition to the MTRCB,
00:42 they received a lot of complaints about the showtime this year
00:46 that they need to take action.
00:48 A while ago, the program of two warnings was issued.
00:52 ABS-CBN confirmed that they have accepted the ruling of the MTRCB.
00:57 They will remain in a motion for reconsideration.
01:01 They believe that they have no right to rule on "It's Showtime."
