00:00 It's also, in really practical terms, one place where people can go, residents, citizens,
00:16 ratepayers, families, individuals, businesses, come here to get what you need under one roof.
00:22 And really, it's also about reorientating what the centre of Bendigo is.
00:27 As a result of the construction of the Gub Hub, we've got more people working in the
00:31 centre of Bendigo than ever before, because there are people who have previously been
00:34 located in the suburbs around Bendigo, particularly, for example, the Department of Environment
00:40 and Planning has been located out at Epsom.
00:43 Those workers are in here now.
00:45 There's a range of different workforces that are now located in the centre of Bendigo,
00:50 alongside the City of Greater Bendigo staff, who have also been located at different offices,
00:55 not just around the CBD, but around the broader City of Greater Bendigo.
00:59 It's lovely, isn't it?
01:00 Yeah, it is.
01:01 It's a really significant, not just regional Victorian town, but a significant town in
01:16 regional Australia.
