00:00 Hannah Brown is a Bachelorette no more. The reality TV star got engaged to her boyfriend
00:05 Adam Woolard on August 24. She shared the exciting news on Instagram on the 28th, writing,
00:11 "So happy. I love our steady love."
00:13 The Bachelorette alum tagged ring concierge as she showed off her massive sparkler,
00:19 which features a large round diamond and two smaller round accent diamonds flanking either
00:25 side. The couple told People the proposal happened at Bolt Farm Treehouse in Whitwell, Tennessee.
00:30 "I feel like I have been so busy putting roots down in our new city, Nashville,
00:35 and starting my podcast, I hadn't really thought about it much, so if he did slip as he was
00:40 planning, I did not catch on. We had talked about getting engaged, but I felt so content and safe
00:45 in our relationship, I wasn't rushing it." Hannah explained to the outlet, adding that she thought
00:50 they were visiting the farm to support its owners and didn't know her loved ones would be there to
00:55 surprise her. "I loved not only the intimacy of the surprise by ourselves, but also how we were
01:01 able to celebrate with friends and family and the surprise. I love surprises," she added.
01:06 The future Mr. and Mrs. met on a dating app in 2021. Since then, they've adopted a dog together
01:12 and recently moved from Santa Monica to Nashville. Earlier this month, the 28-year-old joined
01:17 Access Daily's Mario Lopez and Kit Hoover, and she admitted if she would ever compete on a reality
01:23 show with her man.
01:24 >> Oh, my goodness. Hannah Brown right there dominated the competition on the fox show
01:29 special forces world's toughest test.
01:31 >> And she is joining us now. Welcome to champ. Congratulations.
01:37 >> Oh, I love this.
01:39 >> Did you ever see yourself winning this thing? Did you enter it with like, okay,
01:42 I'm going to have some fun, but I don't know about winning.
01:46 >> No, I mean, yeah, when I saw that there were like athletes, professional athletes
01:51 that were on this show, I thought, oh, I don't know, why me? But there was a moment that I did
01:58 think, I do have some mental tenacity, and yeah, I did it.
02:04 >> What was the toughest challenge?
02:06 >> Toughest challenge was at the end, for sure, when we had to do, we were,
02:12 they call it tortured, but interrogated, torture. It was like 12 hours of listening to
02:19 babies scream, metal being scraped together, animals eating each other type horrible sounds.
02:25 >> Fun.
02:26 >> For hours.
02:26 >> I couldn't do it.
02:27 >> Tap out.
02:28 >> That was really, really hard. Like, I have a bag over your head, and I'm just like,
02:32 crying, being like, surely it'll be over soon. So I'm so glad that I like waited out,
02:37 but I was like, this can't last forever. I think that was my mentality the whole time.
02:41 When I think anything was really hard, and I was like, okay, I want to give up.
02:45 I knew it can't last forever. So that was just the thing that got me through.
02:50 >> Hannah, you are the Michael Jordan of reality shows.
02:53 >> That's right.
02:54 >> You are the winner. I can't, but I mean, you won the bachelorette. You won dancing with the
03:00 stars. You won this toughest, I mean, girl, what you going to conquer next? This is unbelievable.
03:05 >> Oh, my gosh.
03:06 >> You got to go on survivor now.
03:07 >> I know, people ask me that, I'm like, I don't know. That's a lot. The bugs is what I'm scared
03:13 about. But yeah, I can hang. I would love to do something, if it's making me grow and like,
03:18 learn more about myself as a person. Those are things that I'm interested in. But I'm not like,
03:23 actively like, seeking that out. But if something came along, I would do it. I would be really good
03:27 at super fan for Taylor Swift. >> Oh, that's good. You are the super fan.
03:30 >> I am a super fan.
03:31 >> Wait, what about amazing race with your cute new boyfriend? Well, not really new.
03:34 >> I mean, I would love, I think that would be so fun.
03:35 >> Would he be a good traveler? Like, would you have to bring him along,
03:38 or could he hit the ground running? >> I think, I think he would be okay.
03:42 I think that is where, when we travel, that's where my dominant side comes. I'm like,
03:46 very efficient at the airport. And I'm like, don't talk to me until we've gotten through security.
03:52 And then we can decide what we're going to do. He can be a little bit more relaxed than I am.
03:56 But maybe that would be good. >> That'd be good. He does a lot of money.
03:58 >> I'm betting on you, whatever show you do.
04:00 >> Oh, thank you. >> Clearly, you're a winner.
04:02 And you've also have gotten into the podcast game recently, "Better Tomorrow" is the name of it.
04:08 Why the name? And why are you doing it? >> Yeah, so I, like everybody during COVID,
04:14 like definitely struggled, but then had like a moment to be able to reflect and heal. And I was
04:20 listening to another podcast, and a man came on saying that he asked himself this question,
04:26 am I better today than I was yesterday, every day? And that really stuck with me. And so that
04:31 was what I started doing. I put a little note card on my mirror. And I did that because
04:38 when you take like honest account of your day and say, some days were yes, I was better,
04:42 and some days I wasn't. It hardly ever made two no days in a row that I know I wasn't my best
04:49 because I took that moment to account so that I could have a better tomorrow. So that's where it
04:54 kind of came from. And that is just the goal of the show for people to feel a little bit better
04:59 than they did before they pressed play. >> I like that kind of bringing your faith
05:02 into all of this as well. What are we going to see on your podcast? What guests are coming on?
05:06 >> Oh, we've had some great guests so far. I mean, I met Jamie Lynn Spears through doing
05:11 special forces. So it's so great to be able to talk to her. We had Lauren Alaina last week,
05:16 Colton Underwood, it's going to be on. Oh, there's so many.
05:21 >> Did you and Colton crossover? I get so confused. >> We did. I was on just
05:24 this season. >> Okay, I get confused. Was he a finalist?
05:27 >> No, he was. I went on, that's how I started. >> Yeah, he went on her season.
05:30 >> I'm getting confused. >> Okay, yeah.
05:33 >> Oh my God. >> Full circle.
05:34 >> Very full circle. We haven't seen each other really since all that.
05:38 >> And he just got married. >> And he just got married, yes.
05:40 >> A lot has changed since then. >> A lot has changed.
05:42 >> Yeah. >> But that's what we celebrate,
05:44 how we've gotten to this point. So it's been really fun. I'm glad to be able to have the
05:49 opportunities to talk to so many really amazing people and how they navigated life. Yeah.
05:56 >> You've moved to Nashville. >> Yes.
05:58 >> It's a great town. >> Vegas, baby.
06:00 >> I love it so much. I loved being here. I lived by the beach here in Santa Monica,
06:07 and that was amazing. So great for that season. But being in Nashville has just
06:11 grounded me and given me this peace. I'm an Alabama girl.
06:15 >> Yes. >> So there's so much going on,
06:17 so much creativity, but I also feel like it feels more like home.
06:22 >> Talking about the "Bachelor" bachelorette, what do you think of the golden bachelor?
06:27 >> I'm so excited about that. >> Me too.
06:29 >> The golden bachelor. >> Mario, he's so cute.
06:32 >> He's so cute. >> Look at him. Good for him.
06:35 >> He's 70 years old. >> 70 years old. You're not dead.
06:39 >> No. >> 70 still, you know.
06:41 >> Isn't he cute? >> He's so cute. And I think it's really
06:45 cool. I mean, I know I've grown so much since I was on that show. I was 24 when I became the
06:50 bachelorette. And I think it's going to be really cool to see somebody who's had so much wisdom.
06:56 >> Life experience. >> Life experience.
06:58 >> What advice would you give him, though? Because you've got to say, like, maybe, hey,
07:02 don't be wooed. That first impression, Rose, like, watch the lady in the back.
07:05 >> When you're 70, you've seen a lot. >> That's what I'm saying. I really think
07:08 he won't be -- >> Hot tub action gets wild, though.
07:11 >> But I'm interested to see how he navigates it.
07:13 >> Dinners at 4. >> Lights out at 9.
07:19 >> I love it. >> What about the overnight?
07:21 Will it be a funny thing for the -- what's it called?
07:23 >> Oh, the fantasy suite. >> Fantasy suite.
07:26 >> Will he get a fantasy suite? I hope he does. That's the only time you get to talk to
07:30 your partners, the people that you're dating, without cameras. So hopefully,
07:36 I mean, maybe they'll start it a little bit earlier.
07:38 >> My wife's grandmother stayed in one of those senior -- they get naughty.
07:44 >> They get -- yeah. >> They still be hooking up.
07:46 >> I don't know how I'm going to feel. Because you think of your grandparents.
07:51 >> They need love and -- >> I love it.
07:54 >> It's going to be action. >> I'm going to be 70 putting in work.
07:57 Best believe that. >> We love everything that's going on.
08:02 Congrats on your personal life, your professional life. We love when we get to see you.
08:06 "Hannah's better tomorrow" podcast is out right now.
08:08 >> 70 putting in.
08:10 >> I love it.
