So today we tested luxury leggings. These might be the most expensive leggings I've ever seen!! This luxury activewear from Fendi was SO EXPENSIVE LIKE WHY!? 00:11 and I saw that Rihanna used to make leggings

00:15 with Fenty by Puma,

00:18 but I really couldn't find them anywhere to buy.

00:20 So, all of a sudden I was like,

00:22 well, what's close to Fenty?

00:24 Fendi.

00:25 And believe it or not,

00:27 Fendi actually has a whole activewear line

00:29 and they call them like stylish and functional.

00:32 And so they're actually advertising them

00:34 as like actual functional athletic attire.

00:38 And I have the box here and I've resisted opening it

00:41 because when I opened it,

00:43 this was what it looked like.

00:45 And I literally don't know what this is,

00:47 but it looks like a letter in case you missed the title.

00:50 These leggings were $420.

00:53 And if you're a regular to this channel,

01:09 Okay, so let's get into this unboxing.

01:13 I feel like a luxury unboxer now.

01:16 But, so there's this Fendi Roma Amour.

01:20 Like, I don't know if this is like,

01:22 this seems pretty pointless.

01:24 Maybe it's kind of like a business card.

01:26 Should I keep this in my wallet?

01:27 Does this make me high class now or something?

01:30 But I feel like this makes me a fancier person

01:32 now that I have this.

01:33 Okay, now this is just so,

01:36 like they have like an embossed logo,

01:39 like Fendi Roma.

01:41 This is just, this is so wild.

01:43 Okay, let's see.

01:44 I feel like honestly bad for ripping this paper

01:47 'cause it's probably more expensive than like my whole life.

01:49 So, we have a lot of stuff going on here.

01:53 Okay, so we have,

01:54 so these leggings that I bought

01:56 are called the Red Tech Fabric Pants,

01:59 which I don't know about you,

02:01 but fabric pants seems kind of like redundant.

02:03 Shouldn't your pants made out of fabric?

02:06 So, okay, so this is just the receipt,

02:08 which is, feels already on like luxurious paper.

02:11 Oh, is this a return label?

02:14 Probably be needing that because student loans.

02:17 Okay, and then we got, okay.

02:19 Oh my gosh, they have like a full like,

02:58 Okay, so first of all, we got a little bow on top.

03:01 I mean, they're really giving you

03:05 the $400 legging experience, let me say.

03:08 Okay, we got some tissue paper.

03:11 This is much more than I needed to do.

03:14 Okay, more tissue paper.

03:19 And the moment we've all been waiting for.

03:24 Okay, okay, so the first thing I'm already noticing

03:30 is that there are some loose stitches,

03:33 which Fendi, this was $400.

03:37 For $400, I expected it to be no loose stitching.

03:41 This fabric feels like super, super thick and compressive.

03:45 It honestly almost feels like a wetsuit material.

03:48 Like if you get a closeup of this fabric,

03:50 it's super stiff, as you can tell,

03:53 and just looks like very thick.

03:55 Like it seriously, seriously feels like,

03:57 what's the wetsuit material called?

03:59 I think it's neoprene.

04:00 Okay, they have a lot of tags.

04:03 75% polyamide, 25% elastane.

04:07 Made in Italy, of course.

04:09 Fendi Roma, you know.

04:11 So it also has a pocket on the back,

04:13 which honestly, like Lululemon has pockets on the back.

04:17 So I, actually even Queenie Ke,

04:18 a $20 Amazon seller has pockets on the back.

04:20 So I'm not super impressed by the pockets.

04:22 Okay, the logo on the side has like velvet on it,

04:26 which is pretty fancy.

04:27 So if you see the logo, it's like these,

04:31 so this definitely doesn't look like cheap.

04:33 They definitely do look like they were like

04:34 kind of glued on in a way.

04:36 But yeah, these are like little velvet

04:40 and it just says Fendi Roma, super exciting.

04:42 Okay, so I say we try these on

04:45 and see what they're all about.

04:47 I'm worried that these are going to be like super compressive

04:49 and they're going to like squish my butt down to the max.

04:51 So also it doesn't really look like

04:53 it's going to do a lot for my butt there.

04:57 Okay, so when I was first putting them on,

05:00 I actually was really loving the fabric

05:02 because it actually really does feel like really luxurious

05:05 and very like smooth and compressive.

05:08 And they're definitely,

05:09 they definitely are performance legging.

05:11 Like they definitely are meant to perform

05:14 and be like athletic.

05:15 They're very stretchy.

05:16 They got like a lot going on.

05:17 We can do a squat in them, all good.

05:20 So these are the Red Tech fabric pants,

05:22 which are actually not sold anymore.

05:24 I think I bought like one of the last pairs.

05:26 They also came in like a blue color.

05:27 So these leggings are definitely a high compression.

05:31 I definitely feel like they're sucking me in,

05:33 but like they're not very flattering.

05:35 So like, first of all,

05:36 I didn't really realize they were capri.

05:39 Maybe I'm just like tall, but I think, I don't know,

05:42 maybe Italian people are short.

05:43 I don't know. I know what the deal is.

05:45 But yeah, definitely a little short.

05:47 Also, they're like got a lot of room in the waist for me.

05:50 And like, I am, these are a size small

05:52 and I'm literally almost always a small,

05:55 sometimes even a medium,

05:56 but we got some extra room back here.

06:01 And also the logo is kind of like pulling on my calves a bit.

06:06 I do have very thick calves.

06:08 If you didn't know that about me,

06:09 we got some meat down here,

06:11 but like they're kind of pulling along the logo,

06:13 which I don't know, doesn't look very good to me

06:16 because like my calves are mostly made of like muscle.

06:19 So it just looks kind of like chunkiness that I don't love.

06:23 Also, okay, well, so let's go over some technical things.

06:27 We don't have any camel toe, do we?

06:30 - No.

06:31 - Okay. We don't have any camel toe.

06:32 So we're good on that.

06:33 Are they squat proof?

06:36 - Yes.

06:39 - Okay. Looking like they're squat proof.

06:41 So at least for $400 guys, we can get squat proof leggings.

06:44 So, okay.

06:46 Other than that, I'm kind of not really like super happy

06:51 with all the stitching.

06:52 It's kind of okay for me.

06:55 You can see lots of underwear lines with these.

06:57 Like these are a seamless underwear

06:58 and usually you can't really see these,

07:00 but honestly, like I thought this fabric was pretty thick,

07:03 but you can really see, it really shows everything.

07:06 When you stand like this, it definitely like,

07:08 since the fabric is so thick and like, I don't know,

07:11 kind of like that wetsuit material,

07:13 it like creates little like chunk,

07:16 little chunkies on below your thighs,

07:19 which I don't know about you,

07:20 but I like to look nice and smooth when possible.

07:23 There's nothing wrong with like, you know,

07:24 having a little double butt,

07:25 but I don't want it to create one that I don't have,

07:28 you know?

07:28 And the pocket in the back is one of those pockets

07:30 I think you could just put keys in.

07:32 So I really wouldn't get much use out of this.

07:35 And so if you've been on my channel for a while,

07:37 you know, I've added a new metric to my reviews,

07:39 which is the booty scale.

07:41 And these get a low on the booty scale.

07:43 I feel like, first of all,

07:45 there's so much unibut going on.

07:46 It literally makes my butt look like one lump.

07:49 My boyfriend is telling us right now,

07:50 and he's like, not pleased with how this looks.

07:54 What?

07:56 - You look so bad.

07:57 - I mean, this is just not cute.

08:00 Also like, it's making me like,

08:01 get like all these creases underneath my butt.

08:04 - Yeah, it looks like you took

08:05 a dump in your pants.

08:07 - Yeah, they get a nice low on the booty scale,

08:10 maybe even nothing on the booty scale.

08:12 For the waistband, it has a seam at the top,

08:16 which I don't love.

08:17 So you do have a seam there.

08:18 So if this was a little bigger on me,

08:19 it might cut into my,

08:21 no, if this was a little smaller on me,

08:22 it might cut into my waist

08:23 and give me some muffin top issues,

08:26 which we don't like.

08:28 Some of the seams are just kind of weird on this.

08:30 Like some seams don't have any seam lines.

08:33 Like this part,

08:35 this doesn't have any seam lines

08:36 and then some do.

08:37 I guess that's kind of like a design feature.

08:39 They kind of just have like seams going around the leg

08:44 like this.

08:46 But I don't know guys,

08:48 it's just not really pleased.

08:49 I do think that these would probably

08:51 wick away sweat pretty well

08:53 'cause I do feel like very slick and smooth.

08:56 But I mean, in terms of getting leggings,

08:58 you could get four pairs of Lululemon leggings,

09:01 which are already expensive

09:03 and have like much better quality

09:05 and probably fit you much better.

09:07 So these are a disappointment.

09:11 They will be going back.

09:12 But at least we know

09:14 that we don't need to indulge in $400 leggings

09:16 to get a good deal.

09:17 So if you're not interested in buying $400 leggings
