Birmingham headlines 23 August: Bus driver punched in the face by a passenger in Northfield
Police have issued a CCTV image of a Birmingham bus passenger they want to speak to after a bus driver was assaulted. The driver was punched in the face while he was working on the number 63 on Thursday 10th August. The suspect got off the bus at Leech Lane in Northfield.

A former West Midlands Police constable has been jailed for filming dozens of men without their consent inside public toilets. Alexander Hindmarsh used his iPhone to capture 39 incidents involving a number of men who were using cubicles inside public toilets.

The water in Birmingham's Chamberlain Memorial Fountain has turned a sewer green colour. City centre workers said that, at some point over the past 48 hours, the fountain's water turned murky and dirty. April saw a similar issue due to an issue with the pumps and drainage system.
