00:02 Um, reels are short, so I'm gonna try and be quick.
00:04 Since my mom's passing, and the year and a half, um, with her going through cancer,
00:11 I have not been okay.
00:13 Um, if I have forgotten to return your calls,
00:17 if I have, I've had extreme memory loss, I've had difficulty getting out of bed,
00:22 I've stuck to my commitments, but I've been neglecting myself.
00:28 And my mom's, one of my mom's biggest messages was,
00:32 "Take care of you."
00:34 If you don't take care of you, you cannot give
00:38 your full capacity of love, wisdom, kindness, and power to everyone else.
00:45 So, after the walk, I'm gonna disappear for about three weeks,
00:51 just to honor my mind, body, and spirit,
00:54 because I'm developing a little bit of health issues in my mind and my body.
00:58 And I just wanted to say to anyone who I have been inconsistent with,
01:02 I'm so sorry. I haven't been consistent with myself,
01:06 and I haven't been taking care of myself.
01:08 So in the spirit of my mother, and the spirit of the wellness walk,
01:11 I'm gonna take a month to do that,
01:14 so I can be of complete service to everyone else.
