00:00 constantly through my editorials, I have been saying that the way to know that your government
00:07 is going wrong is to watch the priority that the government gives.
00:13 If the priority of the government or the chief minister or the head of your state is going
00:18 wrong or the head of your country is going wrong, the priority is going wrong, which
00:22 means the government is going in a wrong direction.
00:26 Now I would like to give an example.
00:29 You see, the chief minister of Haryana, Mr. Manoharlal Khattar, just see the photographs.
00:36 This is the photograph with him and a gentleman called Elvish Yadav, who incidentally won
00:41 Big Boss 2, whatever, OTT 2.
00:46 And this person who won Big Boss OTT 2 was invited to his house by chief minister and
00:55 he was felicitated by the chief minister.
00:58 He was photographed with him rather and he was felicitated.
01:07 Is it wrong?
01:08 No, it's not.
01:09 It's not.
01:10 If you like somebody's achievement, yeah, so what?
01:13 Big deal.
01:14 The chief minister has all the rights to call him and meet him.
01:18 This happened on 18th of August.
01:21 But what is wrong is this same chief minister, Mr. Manoharlal Khattar, six of his women wrestlers
01:32 from Haryana had accused sexual harassment.
01:36 A person from his own party, but Uttar Pradesh MP, six of his girls, Haryana girls, Haryana
01:44 wrestlers, girls who fought for the country, girls who made this country proud, the state
01:49 proud, Khattar never called them home.
01:54 Khattar never stood by them, didn't go to Jantar Mantar where those girls were protesting,
01:58 other girls, the Olympic gold medal winners were protesting.
02:03 He didn't go there.
02:05 He didn't go there and stand there and say, "Listen, you know, girls, beti padhao, beti
02:09 bachhao is the biggest thing in my life.
02:12 That's what my prime minister has said.
02:13 That is what as an administrator, I should believe in and I stand with you."
02:21 He didn't say that.
02:22 Elvish Yadav, he called him over home.
02:27 Look at where the priorities are going.
02:29 Look at where the priorities are going.
02:32 You see, the person who is accused of the perpetration, who is accused of sexual harassment,
02:37 Brij Bhushan Saran Singh, he has not been arrested.
02:41 The court said that the public prosecutor who was fighting for the state and the police
02:45 didn't object to, didn't have much of objection when he was given bail.
02:50 The court said this, the judge said this.
02:53 The public prosecutor didn't take much objection.
02:57 Manohar Lal Khattar didn't stand up and say, "My girls accuse him of sexual harassment.
03:06 Girls from my state, how dare you not ensure that he is put behind bars.
03:13 What if he tampers with evidences?
03:15 What if he threatens the girls of my state?
03:17 What happens then?"
03:18 He didn't stand.
03:22 He was felicitating Elvish Yadav.
03:28 You see what I mean by priorities going wrong?
03:32 This is what I mean when you keep the interest of your political party and your election
03:39 above the interest of your state and especially the girl children of your state.
03:44 This is what happens.
03:45 And this is what wrong priority actually means.
03:48 Just wanted to get this to your notice.
03:51 Till I see you next time, Namaskar.
