00:00 Hello Wrexham fans, it's Ben Foster here. I just wanted to let you all know that I've
00:03 decided to retire from professional football. Yeah, I know, again. But I think the timing's
00:09 right. I feel sometimes you've just got to be honest with yourself, brutally honest with
00:13 yourself and just admit that you can't really do what you used to do. And it's a shame,
00:18 but I think being 40 years old, it's kind of expected as well. I feel like there's probably
00:23 been about four or five goals already this season that I should be saving. You know,
00:26 it's weird because goals are going in and I'm thinking, you should have saved that.
00:30 How haven't you saved that? And I think that's the reason why I'm retiring. I just know I
00:35 can't do what I used to do. And it's a shame, but that's the way it goes. It comes to us
00:39 all. There's no shame in admitting that. But I do want to say a massive thank you to every
00:43 single one of you fans, every one of my teammates, the owners, the coaching staff, the manager.
00:50 It's been an absolute pleasure. It's been an honour. We'll always have that 96 minute
00:54 Nuts County penalty save, that will live long in my memory.
