00:04 Thank you, yeah pretty good, it's a pretty surreal feeling.

00:07 And you came home with a flurry, winning a lot of votes in the back end of the season.

00:12 Yeah.

00:13 How was that?

00:14 Yeah, it was pretty surprising. I didn't really expect to get as many votes as I did.

00:18 And can you tell us a bit about what position you play for in the team?

00:22 I play in the defensive end, so mainly goal defence and goalkeeper.

00:27 And you're a bit of a multi-talented sports person, so you're playing cricket for Geelong.

00:31 Yes.

00:32 How do you juggle both?

00:33 It's really fine, it's good, it's really easy to, when you've got the right people around,

00:39 it makes it fun and not draining or anything.

00:42 And you also won a cricket best in Ferris for the league this year.

00:46 Yes.

00:47 How does that feel to win two big awards?

00:49 Yeah, it's pretty crazy.

00:51 And can you tell me a little bit about your cricket as well?

00:54 Yeah, I always grew up playing cricket in the backyard with Dad and my cousins.

00:58 And Dad coached me all the way through under-17 girls since I was 12 until I was 16.

01:04 And yeah, it sort of went from there, playing rep cricket and now playing for Geelong.

01:08 Excellent. What are your goals for this season?

01:11 I'd just like to maybe secure my spot in one of the Premier League sides.
