00:15 Hudin Sultan Badlisya, in a ceremony which began at 10am at Balai Mengkadat Besar in
00:21 Istana Anak Bukit on Monday.
00:24 The ceremony started with oath-taking and signing of pledge by the ex-co-members, followed
00:30 by the presentation of letters of appointment by Sultan Saleh Hudin.
00:36 General Assemblyman Datusri Muhammad Sanusi Matnor, who was sworn in for a second term
00:40 as Menteri Besar on August 14, was present at the ceremony.
00:46 He holds eight portfolios which include state planning, land affairs and finance, among
00:51 others.
00:52 Perikatan Nasional retained power in Kedah after winning two-thirds majority in the August
00:58 12 state election.
01:00 The other three seats, Kota Daruaman, Sidam and Bakaarang, were won by the Pakatan Harapan
