00:00 Negros Oriental 3rd District Representative Arnulfo Tevez Jr. was charged with assaulting his fellow members.

00:06 265 people were charged with assaulting Tevez, no one was charged and only 3 abstained.

00:12 According to the House Committee on Ethics and Privileges,

00:14 Tevez was charged with continuing to ask for political asylum in the East and for absenteeism in the House.

00:22 Abandoning his duties as a judge is another reason for Tevez's indecent behavior on social media.

00:29 Tevez's lawyer, Attorney Ferdinand Topacio, did not agree with the committee that Tevez was involved in the assault.

00:37 Tevez's lawyers also wrote letters but were not allowed to present them.

00:42 Topacio also stated that his client will not show any indecent behavior on social media.

00:47 Now that the DOJ and the camera are done,
