Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley asked Health Secretary Steve Barclay whether the French were turning a blind eye to the migrant boat crisis despite the UK&#39;s aid.

00:07 I think it's in our interest to work cooperatively with the French.

00:18 No, they've stopped 40% more boats this year than last year.
