"My mom and I were meeting my niece and her family for lunch before my mother (wigged lady) went back to Chicago," the filmer, Ashton Hart, told WooGlobe. "As soon as we sat down, the baby just started staring at my mother."
The look on his face throughout the clip screamed, "You have to be kidding me!"
