State polls: Unity pact has enough seats to form Penang govt, says Chow

The two-thirds majority needed to form the Penang state government has been obtained, said caretaker Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow on Saturday (Aug 12) night. He said the unity partnership has won 29 seats in the state polls.
