The microphone that Cardi B hurled at a fan during her Las Vegas show has been sold at an auction for $99,900.During a performance, the rapper was hit with what appeared to be water from a fan. Cardi B retaliated by throwing the microphone. Scott Fisher, the owner of the audio production company the microphone belongs to, had told TMZ that the sale would benefit charitable causes.After more than 120 people bid for the item on eBay, it was sold for nearly $100,000 in an eBay auction.The winner of the auction will now have the mic, a letter from Fisher, as well as a custom display case for the still-functional microphone."I was hoping it would hit $5,000 but again I had no idea. I figured it would gain some attention nationally but the amount of news coverage has been staggering" Scott Fisher told CBS News.Cardi B also faced battery charges for the incident before they were promptly dismissed by Las Vegas police.
