00:02 - My name is Francesco Kundari.
00:05 I am Director of the Interior Design
00:07 for Automobili Pininfarina.
00:09 Just want to share with you what for me
00:11 are the most important parts of Puravision.
00:15 We took inspiration from luxury yachts,
00:18 such as the floating seat
00:20 that resembles the foil of the sailcraft.
00:24 Or for example, the center console
00:27 that is hanging from the front of the dashboard
00:31 that is clearly an inspiration
00:33 taken from the boom of a sail.
00:35 The new platform, the electric platform,
00:38 also gave us the possibility to create
00:41 a very expensive cabin and very roomy inside.
00:46 And also creating the surrounding effect
00:49 that we call the infinite loop that goes from the front
00:52 and really surrounds the rear passengers.
00:55 Behind the concept of our HMI,
00:59 there is a philosophy.
01:01 Basically, we want to minimize the impact
01:05 of the information and of the displays
01:08 in order to avoid any distraction
01:11 for the driver and the passengers.
01:14 We minimize the HMI to important items,
01:19 like the main display, the cluster in front of the driver,
01:24 and of course, the center console display
01:27 that rises when it's needed.
01:29 And also could be stored when it's not needed
01:32 in order to give space to make the people inside the car
01:37 enjoy the drive.
01:39 The concept behind the interior
01:41 was also to divide the cabin into areas, into zones.
01:46 The front is fully dedicated to the driver
01:49 and the passenger.
01:51 On the rear, we dedicated the area
01:53 to the passenger like a sofa, like a couch,
01:57 creating this kind of lounge feeling.
02:00 So that's why we put also a wine cooler in the middle
02:05 in order that when they stop,
02:07 they can enjoy a good glass of wine
02:09 and yeah, luxury everywhere.
02:12 - My name is Sara Campagnolo
02:13 and I'm the Director of Color and Material Design
02:15 at Automobili Pininfarina.
02:17 And today I want to share with you
02:18 some of my favorite details of Pura Vision.
02:21 My goal when selecting materials for Pura Vision
02:24 was to use as few as materials as possible
02:28 at the highest quality possible,
02:30 used in a very efficient way.
02:32 In the interior of the car,
02:33 you can find a really precious semi-aniline leather
02:37 that was actually produced
02:38 with a very sustainable tanning method called Zero Impact.
02:42 We also decided to use a luxury textile
02:45 made of 30% native wool and 70% recycled polyester
02:50 with a lovely melanged herringbone finish
02:53 that gives the car a very tailored effect.
02:55 In contrast to that,
02:56 you also find some exposed carbon fiber
02:59 with just a hint of black tint to make it really deep in look
03:04 and then you have a machined aluminum, anodized,
03:07 that looks very technical
03:09 and recalls some details of the exterior.
03:11 In line with our Pura philosophy,
03:13 materials are not just a cover.
03:15 They represent the very fabric of our design
03:18 and they are taken into consideration
03:19 at the very beginning of the design process.
03:22 Each of the Pura Vision seats
03:23 features a crisp, white, sustainably tanned
03:26 semi-aniline leather
03:28 that is also finished with a lovely piece of jewelry
03:30 right in the center of the seat
03:32 that has the emblem of the car,
03:34 so Pura Vision logo.
03:35 (upbeat music)
03:38 (logo thuds)
03:40 (logo thuds)
