00:29 Shobbing throughout her evidence today, Ms Wilgus said she heard a loud bang and saw
00:33 a shadow on the night of the collision, saying it sounded like a car mirror hitting another

00:40 Today in the District Court, Ms Wilgus was shown this CCTV vision of her walking to her
00:45 car before the crash, the prosecution putting to her that she was unsteady on her feet.

00:55 The accused told the court there was poor visibility on the night of the crash and estimated
01:00 her car lights only illuminated about two metres in front of her car.

01:11 The court heard Ms Wilgus drank a further four glasses of wine when she got home, the
01:16 prosecution putting to the accused that she did so in case police came around to breathalyse
01:21 her, to which she also disagreed.
