00:11 Emil, because of the continuous rainfall of the Havagat,

00:19 the number of people in the evacuation center is also continuously rising,

00:22 not only in Luzon-Dagupan but also in the province of Pangasinan.

00:29 The Falcon and Egay typhoon is gone,

00:31 but the flood in some barangays in Dagupan City is still there.

00:35 In Maluod, a family was evacuated because of the high tide.

00:41 We are taking everything from the back, like the road.

00:44 We cannot enter the big boat.

00:47 We need to go up to the roof.
