01:09 He said that Sachin fled to Dubai on a fake passport issued in the name of Tilak Rajduteja,

01:22 The officer said that Sachin Bishnoi had moved an appeal before a higher appellate authority
01:27 in Azerbaijan to avoid his extradition.
01:30 He added that when it was rejected earlier in July, they informed about the development
01:34 to the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
01:36 They then asked the Delhi police to go ahead to bring the gangster back.
01:39 Sachin was also wanted in an extortion case in the Mohan Garden area of Delhi and he was
