00:29 caption, "Before you start angrily typing, those are not my nipples.

00:35 Megan explains that she's wearing pasties, so no worries, we will all live another day

00:43 Megan and MGK's outing comes just days after ET learned the two are still in couples therapy,

00:49 working on keeping their twin flame alive.

00:51 "On the first day you told me I was your twin flame from a past life.

01:02 A source telling ET that Megan is very adamant about keeping that consistent.

01:08 It's an absolute necessity for her in order to have them heal and move forward, adding

01:38 she and MGK navigate their next steps.

01:41 She doesn't want to draw further attention to their relationship while they are in the

01:45 healing phase.

01:46 "It's a constant process of like suffering and passion and love and the repeat cycle,

01:52 so we're just learning that and navigating that and doing that together."

01:56 Rumors of the couple's relationship troubles started circulating in February, the same

02:01 month they were spotted leaving a marriage counseling office after reportedly spending

02:05 two and a half hours inside.

02:08 By June, a source told ET that the actress and the musician, who got engaged last year,

02:14 were doing so much better.

02:16 "It's been an interesting two years of the fame taking on a different life than I could

02:25 have imagined it doing and then me simultaneously, I was trying to level myself and ground myself

02:31 and be a good partner to my lady."

02:35 But what about the wedding?

02:37 Well, according to our source, the engagement status and wedding planning is a work in progress

02:44 But they are both confident that they will be together forever.
