01:48 She's an old, was an old timer singer, dancer, actor
01:53 and she somehow got my phone number
01:55 when I was doing the closer
01:57 and she called me to say,
01:58 I just wanna tell you that I know how (beep) hard it is.
02:03 Sorry, can't say that.
02:04 I just wanna tell you that I know
02:07 how friggin' hard you're working.
02:10 Other people may not know but I know
02:12 and I'm gonna tell you, you're great.
02:14 And I thought, oh my God, that's the greatest thing.
02:18 - I am working so hard.

02:21 - I'm so tired.
02:22 - Exactly, that's exactly right.
02:24 I've gotten several messages
02:25 from young Asian American women
02:28 saying just how excited they are
02:30 to see my face on screen on the show.
02:33 So I think those have been really nice messages to get.
02:36 - Yeah, I mean, I've kind of had a similar experience
02:39 and I've gotten lengthy emails and DMs
02:43 just about how much the show means to them
02:46 and how much people and young girls resonate with,
02:51 or belly resonates with them
02:52 and that's always really special.

02:56 just around the subject of the show as well.
02:58 Like it's nothing to do with my character
03:00 but just like families who go through,
03:03 mom having cancer and being sick
03:06 and how they're dealing with that
03:08 and how the show really helped them process those feelings.

04:45 - I broke my foot on set.
04:47 I feel like that was pretty,
04:49 that was kind of embarrassing.
04:50 Chasing Sean for a muffin first season.
04:55 - His fault.
04:56 - And tripping wrong.
04:57 Yeah, like within the first month of filming, I think.
05:02 - I feel like I, in general, am often hungry
05:06 and my stomach is like,
05:07 (mimics stomach growling)
05:09 I was like, what is that sound?
05:10 I'm like, it's me again.
05:12 - Mine was probably when I was filming Clueless,
05:15 I was really homesick.
05:16 And I used to be really into rollerblading.
05:19 And I would just rollerblade around the lot
05:22 and I'd go through the buildings, down the stairs.
05:24 And then there were these guys in golf carts
05:26 and I thought they were playing with me
05:27 and then I got a ticket in my trailer.
05:29 (gasping)
05:29 - Oh my gosh.
05:30 - Yeah.
05:31 - Oh my gosh.
05:32 - I didn't know they gave tickets out for rollerblading.
05:34 - Yeah, what?
05:36 - I was doing a movie with John Travolta
05:38 and I came and I went and got my food at the caterer's truck
05:42 and I came back and he went, wow, that's a lot.
05:46 (laughing)
05:47 That's a lot of food.
05:48 I think I was a little embarrassed.
05:50 - You got shamed for your lunch.
05:51 - Yeah.
05:52 - Yeah.

06:16 - Stuck together and then like tripped into the chair
06:18 and was just like, this is a serious scene.
06:20 Like this is, nothing's funny about this.

06:25 But that's always embarrassing.
