At the last event that he attended before his passing, the late Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub told students at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Kedah that everything is temporary including the positions and capacities in any organisation people hold.
“If we are arrogant thinking ‘Oh, I am a minister you know!’ But how long can it last? Until judgement day?” he asked at the UUM Convocation Carnival Townhall on July 21.
