00:24 We haven't had on summer much wind,
00:26 so it'll be good to get stuck in to a bit of wind, but not too much.
00:31 Sailing with my dad, it's quite exciting.
00:37 We haven't had any fights yet, so that's good.
00:39 But it's always nice to be someone close.
00:43 Yeah, sailing with my son is great.
00:46 I've got two other kids and I've done some racing with them as well.
00:51 And yeah, it's a nice environment to be with your kids and it's challenging.
00:57 You have your ups and downs, but it's very enjoyable.

01:06 But yeah, if it's a bit breezy or a bit light,

01:19 and Seb will let me have a bit more sleep.
01:21 And other times he'll be tired and yeah, can't wake him up.
01:25 So no, Seb's very good.
01:27 You know, he's, when the wind gets up, he wants to get all the sails up.
01:31 And, you know, I'm a little bit more conservative
01:34 and yeah, backing off a little bit just to preserve the boat.
01:38 So it's going to be pretty breezy from the west at the start.
01:46 Maybe up to 30 knots, maybe more.
01:50 So that's going to be pretty brutal.
01:51 We just got to get through that, keep our boat in one piece
01:55 and then it should drop through Sunday all the way to Land's End.
01:59 Tricky, tricky path up to the fast net, but we'll see.
