05:47 As you are aware, the National Executive Committee earlier met just now with the venue

05:59 for our special electoral college.

06:02 The our constitution, if after close of nomination and after vet, we have more than five aspirants,

06:12 the constitution stipulates that there should be a special delegate college to change the number

06:20 or the numbers to five.

06:22 So the voting committee submitted their recommendation to National Council and today National Council

06:32 unanimously approved of the recommendation by the voting committee.

06:38 Another issue that came up for discussion was with respect to the venue to hold the special

06:49 electoral college.

06:51 After debate among ourselves, National Council came to the conclusion that the precedence

07:00 in 2014 should start which means that the special delegate college will be held at various regions

07:10 except for one that will be held at headquarters for national offices, external branches and members

07:17 of the National Council of Edist.

07:19 >> We are disappointed but we have hope and we believe that once the leadership have made

07:26 the commitment, they will design and implement the decision in a way that will benefit everybody.

07:33 So yes, we didn't accept the idea in the first place and yes, once it's been decided, we have

07:41 to accept it but we have a right to be disappointed but in being disappointed doesn't mean we've

07:46 rejected the decision.

17:55 And most of the -- in fact, the region where we predominantly get our products from is Europe.

18:00 And Europe is also a continent that sources a lot of these products from Russia.

18:06 With the invasion and the sanctions that were imposed on Russia, obviously, it was going to pose

18:11 a threat to supply to Europe.

18:13 And of course, it will have a ripple effect on supplies to countries in Africa like Ghana.
