Extremely loud hail noises scared this observer and their family while they were inside their house at Richmond, Kentucky, USA. They were severely impacted by the violent storm with winds ranging up to 110 mph hitting against their house. The glass pane on their window also broke into pieces after continuously getting hit by enormous hailstones that were about the size of a baseball. Later, the weather service classified the severe storm as a macroburst.
