IMF agreement a 'breather' for Pakistan's economy

The IMF has reached a staff-level agreement with Pakistan on a $3 billion (€2.76 billion) stand-by arrangement. However, Pakistani economist Rehan Ateeq tells DW it won't provide relief to common citizens in the short term.
