The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a Republican-led challenge to President Biden's immigration guidelines. The attorneys general from Texas and Louisiana said Biden's policy on which non-citizens to deport conflicts with immigration law. However, in an 8-1 ruling, SCOTUS said the state AGs didn't have a right to sue in the first place.
