Concerns are being raised about the rollout of new nurse-to-patient ratios, starting at Perth Children's Hospital next month. The change was recommended by the Deputy Coroner examining the death of seven-year-old Aishwarya Aswath but health professionals are worried the new guidelines won't be enforced.
