00:05:46 Then they I saw all the athletes went to the restaurant again for another lunch, you know, so it wasn't that

01:14:15 I saw you smashing the medicine ball. The whole building was shaking when you when you threw that medicine ball down. Yeah, i've been told

01:14:22 um, yeah, look, um, everyone's gonna have different sort of

01:14:26 uh preparation in between the swimming, um

01:14:28 You know if there's an opportunity to get into the pool in the general warm-up period

01:14:33 I would say most of the athletes don't do that. Um

01:14:36 Some do but I know

01:14:39 Myself and most of the gb team don't we think sort of as time spent time is better spent elsewhere

01:14:44 Um, so it's basically just trying to prepare yourself as much as you can on things you can do

01:14:49 Not in the pool

01:14:51 Do you as an athlete push yourself?

01:14:53 75 to 80 in the pool because definitely you're not going 100% anymore. Are you? Yeah, exactly. It's a bit of a shame but um,

01:15:00 that's probably the main difference from when we moved into this new 90 minute format the

01:15:05 The biggest adjustment we had to make was sort of our effort that we put in the pool. Um,

01:15:09 Yeah, like I said, we're sort of working around that 70

01:15:12 Effort range now, is that hard as an athlete to not give it your yeah, it is actually and it's kind of you know

01:15:18 It's just a physically hold back. Just yeah

01:15:20 You know we do a lot of testing and training, um

01:15:25 and we know

01:15:27 That you know, we want to we see it as sort of like an efficiency thing now

01:15:30 We want to be as quick as we can in the pool

01:15:32 While still being fresh at the start line of the laser run because you know, you know, that's where the points are. Um

01:15:38 So it's all part of the tactics of pentathlon. Exactly. Yeah, so we're just sort of trying to get like maximum gains through

01:15:46 You know put the least amount in I guess

01:15:48 Um unique competition this isn't it because obviously we are going from day to night never had a night race in pentathlon

01:15:54 Before so that's one thing that's interesting. Also. It's a bit cooler. Yeah, it's will be I think wanting to uh

01:16:02 Is it although you will warm up quickly and laser on right by the time you start the razor on you'd be warm through

01:16:19 Um in terms of like the time of the day, I don't think so. I think everyone would have fueled themselves obviously

01:16:37 So I think in terms of the time of day, I think it won't make that much difference. Yeah, you've uh

01:16:44 So, you know come here's races for that but to qualify for world cup final must uh must have been a great feeling for you

01:16:52 Mixed for me, um some good results and some not so good results. I mean, it's been a really disappointing week for me personally
