95-year-old Clare Nowland dies after being tasered last week

Family members have paid tribute to 95-year-old Clare Nowland who's died in Cooma hospital in NSW a week after she was tasered by a policeman. The senior constable who fired his stun-gun at the dementia patient has now been charged.
