Anti-Putin Russian fighters claim latest attack in southern Russia

Russia claims they have defeated all “Ukrainian terrorists” who attacked the western region of Belgorod. But Kyiv has denied responsibility for this incursion, and two Russian militia groups have said they were behind the raids.
