Nothing beats the feeling of receiving a birthday surprise from your loved ones. This delightful footage from 2018 shows Donna Charters getting that amazing feeling.
When she steps out of her house, she sees the table fully set up with party snacks. Turns out it was a birthday surprise primarily arranged by her daughter, Shannon Charters.
