DTI, Valenzuela LGU crack down on illegal vape stores

Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Undersecretary Ruth Castelo, together with DTI-Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau Atty. Fhillip Sawali and Valenzuela City Mayor Wes Gatchalian, inspect a vape shop in Valenzuela City on Thursday, May 4, where vape juices with fruity flavor and animated packaging were discovered.

The said products are prohibited under Republic Act NO. 11900 or the ”The Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act", since it can encourage the youth to use vaporized nicotine and non-nicotine products. (MB Video by Noel B. Pabalate)
