A report into toxic culture within Plaid Cymru found that massive changes needed to be made after discovering harassment, bullying and misogyny. The probe made 82 recommendations, and said too many instances of bad behaviour were tolerated. Leader Adam Price has said he will not be resigning.

A man has been sentenced to at least 22 years after murdering his former friend last year. Jamie Mitchell, of Lexham Green Close in Flintshire, chased and then stabbed Steven Wilkinson, thinking he had something to do with an attack on his house, which was untrue. The judge called it a cowardly attack.

The Senedd’s presiding officer has decided not to attend King Charles’ coronation on Saturday despite being invited. The Plaid Cymru MS Elin Jones said that as a republican, it was for others to celebrate. Welsh Tory leader Andrew RT Davies said it was surprising and disappointing considering her role is apolitical.
