Penang police chief Mohd Shuhaily to be appointed new KL top cop

Penang police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain will be appointed as the new Kuala Lumpur police chief.

The decision was made during the Police Force Commission (SPP) meeting on Friday (March 31).
