Person Shows Makeover of Matted Shorkie With Heart Condition

This person had a new client visit them, an elderly matted shorkie with a heart condition. So to groom them up, they cautiously used a trimmer to remove all the tangled hair and gave them an excellent haircut. The dog eventually seemed happy about their new look.

00:00Okay, so I just got here to this dog. She told me he's got a heart problem and that he's old and he was supposed to die six months ago.

00:13So she hasn't done anything with the dog. And I'm not judging. Everybody has a thing.

00:18I just, in case something happens during the groom, I'm getting a recording of this now so I have some evidence as to the condition of the dog

00:26before I start on him. It's always scary when they're old and have heart conditions.

00:33Anyways, this is just... We're gonna see what we get underneath here, huh cutie pie?

00:39Okay, we're at the halfway point. Almost to his face. Let me get this done.

00:55Let me get this done. He's doing good. Breathing kind of hard. But I'm watching him. I'm trying to do his face and he's not letting me.

01:07So I'm gonna turn this off and give him a little try and then give him a break. So, alright, so far he's doing good.

01:17Update. Face is done. He's got some stuff there but we're getting through this, aren't we big guy?

01:24And uh, yep. I'm at a dog. It's definitely I'm at a dog. Anyways, I'll have some results here in a bit.

01:34Okay, we got this whole little man done. He's naked but no necks or weird cuts or strange growths or anything creepy underneath all his hair.

01:48So now we're getting a bath and a dry and then we're gonna tidy him up and I'll have the results.

01:53You doing okay, buddy? Yeah? Get in there.

01:57And there he is. He's all done. He's standing up now. He's not the cutest haircut but we're not here for style. We're here for comfort.
