Kyiv denies Russia's claims it has captured settlement north of Bakhmut

The US think tank, the Institute for the Study of War has traced a picture published by the Russian mercenary Wagner Group which allegedly verifies it has captured a town north of Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine but Kyiv refutes the claims.
