Sen. Christopher Lawrence 'Bong' Go urges government to focus on mental health programs, citing the alarming increase of suicide rates in the country. Go filed Senate Bill 1786 mandating public higher education institutions (HEIs) to strengthen their mental health services and to establish their respective mental health offices.
