3 Pounds of beef
Juicy soft texture use Chuck steak or ribeye
Lean use bottom round
3 cups of water
1/2 chopped onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
Black pepper to taste
Tbsp Mexican chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
