After almost six years in the making, a bridge over Sungai Pulai connecting Gelang Patah in Johor Baru and Tanjung Bin in Pontian, is now open to road users.
The 7.5-km infrastructure, costing approximately RM800mil, shorts the original travel time between the two destinations to only 30 minutes from over an hour previously.
