✅ Ingredients: • large garlic – 1 head • parsley – 2,5 oz / 70 g • olive oil – ½ cup / 100 ml • butter – 1 oz / 30 g • pasta – 9 oz / 250 g • lemon juice – ½ • water – 8 cup / 2 l • salt – 1,5 tbsp • parmesan– 2 oz / 50 g

Preparation: 1. Pour the water into a stockpot, add the olive oil and 1,5 tbsp of salt, bring to a boil and cook the pasta as instructed on package. Pour a bit of broth, pasta boiled in, into a glass. 2. Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and chop up the parsley leaves. 3. Heat a pan with olive oil, add the garlic and fry over low heat until slightly roasted. 4. Add the parsley and butter and stir. 5. Add the cooked pasta, ½ glass of broth, lemon juice and stir well until combined. When serving sprinkle your scarlett pasta with grated cheese.
