Soft APPLE COOKIES. Recipe by Always Yummy!

If you haven’t yet tasted cookies named after the most popular pie Apple Charlotte then you are yet to get to know the recipe that will most likely take its place in the list of favorites. Original delicate cookies with chunks of balmy apples have a perfect and well-balanced taste. To cook it you will need 30 minutes only. The secret of cooking in our video recipe.

✅ Ingredients:
• apples – 21 oz / 600 g
• all-purpose flour – 12 oz / 350 g
• 2 eggs
• sugar – ½ cup / 100 g
• butter – 3,5 0z / 100 g
• baking powder – ½ oz / 16 g
• powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
• cinnamon – ½ tsp

✔︎ You will need:
• carving board
• oven
• baking tray
• parchment paper
• mixer or whisk
• bowl

Preparation:
1. Mix 2 eggs until frothy, add the sugar and keep mixing until the mixture grows white.
2. Add the melted butter and continue mixing on low speed until well combined.
3. Add the half of indicated flour and mix until smooth, add more of the flour and baking powder and keep mixing the pastry.
4. As soon as the pastry thickens keep mixing with a spoon, add the rest of flour and mix with a spoon.
5. Peel off the apples and cut into small pieces, add into the pastry and mix well.
6. Cover a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper and lay out the pastry with a tablespoon at the rate of 1 tbsp – 1 cookie.
7. Preheat oven to 350°F /180°C and bake the cookies for 20 minutes.
8. Let the baked cookies cool down and sprinkle with the powdered sugar and cinnamon.
