Aum — Bluesvibes 1969 (USA, Psychedelic/Blues Rock)
  • last year
An unfamous trio from San Francisco, which is not surprising given that the then scene was overcrowded with strong bands. They opened for Bill Graham's Fillmore West in early 1969, played the Atlantic City Pop Festival that summer, and were the opening act for the Creedence Clearwater Revival at the Fillmore East. They were quite in line with the then scene - heavy blues rock with deep runs into psychedelia, and their powerful shows with long improvisations were very popular this year. In 1970, the trio disbanded after a little over a year.
