Health department clarifies that most COVID-19 PCR tests will continue without referrals

There's concern from a peak medical body over the government's decision to require referrals for free PCR COVID tests. The change will take effect from the 1st of January, Australian Medical Association President Steve Robson says he's worried parts of the population will be at risk from the move.
